Bunratty Castle BanquetBunratty Castle was built in 1460 by the Earls of Thomond and has been fully
restored and houses an extensive collection of furniture and tapestries. Climb the
circular stone stairs to the Reception Hall for a welcome glass of mead. Then the Lords
and Ladies of the Castle escort you to the Great Hall which is the scene of a wonderful
five course meal with pitchers of wine on every table. The popular Bunratty Entertainers
delight you with their varied repertoire of songs. Banquet is held twice nightly at 5:30
pm and 8:45 pm - all year. Knappogue Castle BanquetKnappogue Castle is a 15th century stronghold which was built by the McNamara
Clan. The Lords and Ladies of the Castle greet all guests with a welcoming reception.
Proceed to the imposing dining chamber for a five course feast of medieval-style
specialties with wine. The entertainment is a lighthearted celebration of the achievements
of Irish women throughout history retold in story, song and dance. Banquet is held twice
nightly at 5:30 pm and 8:45 pm - May through October. Bunratty Folk Park CeiliThe Bunratty Folk Park is a collection of cottages from all around Ireland and a
19th century marketing town. Head to the Bunratty Barn, which is set up for a Ceili, an
informal evening of song and music. Imagine that you are in an Irish village 150 years ago
and after a family-style meal including Irish stew and freshly baked apple pie, the
storytelling, dancing and singing begins. Ceili is held twice nightly at 5:30 pm and 8:45
pm - May through October. Dunguaire Castle BanquetDunguaire Castle is set on an islet in Galway Bay on a site occupied by the
Kings of Connaught from the 7th century. Your hosts welcome you with a glass of mead and
escort you to the long tables where a five course dinner is served. Ireland's long and
varied literary heritage is celebrated with popular works of poetry and stories by great
writers interspersed with songs. Banquet is held twice nightly at 5:30 pm and 8:45 pm -
